Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer

Based in Billerica, MA, we are an industry leader in advanced thermal management systems, designing and manufacturing compressor-based chillers and cooling solutions for high-performance industrial and regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Support production by troubleshooting electrical and controls issues on manufacturing floor systems
• Design and build electro-mechanical test fixtures and automated/semi-automated test equipment
• Develop and implement test protocols and automated data capture programs for product acceptance testing
• Support qualification and reliability testing including setup, instrumentation selection, and execution
• Develop calibration processes for instrumentation such as pressure transducers and flow meters
• Establish and maintain wiring and crimping programs aligned with IPC-620 standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and troubleshooting
• Experience with PLC programming, LabVIEW, and PID temperature controllers
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and standards
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude in a manufacturing environment
