About the role

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment where you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and robotic systems. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. We have multiple roles available to cater to the diverse skill sets of our candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of electro-mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three phase control wiring systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, pulleys, and other related components.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of various sensors used in our production lines.
  • Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in electrical maintenance, PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three phase control wiring.
  • Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical drive systems, including ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, and pulleys.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and rectify issues with a wide range of machinery and tools.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Proven track record of performing preventive maintenance and repairs on complex machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

Pay
