Electro-Mechanical Technician (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
- Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
Requirements
- Do your best work when the day has a plan and the shop is organized.
- Are calm, methodical, and precise, and you fix root causes—not symptoms.
- Have outgrown a reactive shop and want time to do the job properly.
- Are a dependable, plainspoken teammate.
Pay
$27.00–$44.80/hour based on experience, plus shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shift.
Schedule
- Hiring on 3rd Shift (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.)
