Job Duties
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems on production machinery, including PLC issues and AC/DC drives.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent machine failure and minimize downtime, following company and OSHA safety standards.
- Installation & Assembly: Assemble, test, and install new machinery and robotic equipment using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- System Upgrades: Modify, calibrate, and upgrade existing equipment to improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and machine performance using CMS software.
Work Schedule
2nd Shift, Full-Time
Expected to work every other weekend to support 24/7 operation and keep production running strong.

Summary of Pay
Compensation for this position is commensurate with education, experience, and relevant qualifications. This role also includes a $1.00/hour 2nd shift differential. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

- Basic understanding of equipment operations, and minor troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Able to obtain licenses for and operate powered industrial equipment at a safe level.
- Knowledge of HMI (Human/Machine Interface) systems.
- Knowledge and experience with 120/240VAC electrical systems and low voltage DC and control wiring.
- Ability to climb ladders and work from heights.
Education/Experience
- Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or a related field is typically required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
