Electro-Mechanical Technician - 1st shift

Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot equipment in one of the nation’s leading dairy manufacturing facilities. This role offers competitive pay, stability, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems on production machinery, including PLC issues and AC/DC drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent machine failure and minimize downtime, following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Assemble, test, and install new machinery and robotic equipment using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Modify, calibrate, and upgrade existing equipment to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and machine performance using CMS software.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Required to work every other weekend to support 24/7 operations.

Pay

• Compensation based on education, experience, and qualifications.
• $1.00/hour 2nd shift differential.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus.
• Weekend double time pay.
