Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of the West Plant catalyst equipment and related industrial systems.
• Perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting motors and other production equipment.
• Disassemble, realign, and reinstall components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a starting rate toward the higher end of the pay range.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $41.28–$45.20, with the starting rate determined based on qualifications, directly related experience, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a starting rate toward the higher end of the range.

Schedule

This position is available on an 8-hour day shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and two positions on a rotating 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). The 12-hour schedule rotates between the beginning and end of the workweek on a quarterly basis but remains on the day shift.
