It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked. That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten. None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now. Power the automation behind life-changing medication fulfillment The Electro-Mechanic Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping automated dispensing and unit-dose packaging systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, repair automated machinery, and support continuous improvements that minimize downtime and maximize production performance. Pharmacy operations teams, production staff, pharmacists, long-term care facilities, and ultimately the residents who depend on timely access to medications all rely on this role's technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Unlike maintenance roles in traditional manufacturing environments, this position supports the specialized automation and packaging systems that help deliver medications to long-term care residents. Your work directly impacts pharmacy operations, medication availability, and service reliability. This role offers the opportunity to combine mechanical, electrical, and automation expertise in a healthcare-focused environment where equipment performance plays an essential role in supporting patient care.
