Electro-Mechanical Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Incumbent will be trained on the test instrument operation.
• After training, incumbent will work in a laboratory environment and be expected to successfully interact with the test instrument, routinely loading and unloading test samples and consumables as needed while paying close attention to instrument operation.
• Incumbent will be expected to observe and record instrument sample throughput and operational anomalies throughout the testing period and enter data into the database.
• Incumbent will also be expected to maintain suitable consumables inventory and prepare test samples/consumables as needed.
• This position will be 2nd shift; e.g. starting around 2:00 PM till 10:00 PM.
• A one-time 2 week period will be provided for all necessary trainings at the beginning.

Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to details continuously
• Good computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access (Data entry in MS Access database)
• Very good documentation skills and good writings in English
