Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
- Aiding others with technical problems on within the team including production personnel
- Aiding in parts repair shop to rebuild and restore used parts as an “as built” condition adding to the annual cost avoidance total
- Aiding with improvements to the maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
- Aiding with technical projects for equipment retrofits and upgrades, and with revising or writing SOPs and shop repair instructions
- Optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction
Supporting Operations
- Assisting with completing validation protocols
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
1 Year of Relevant Experience
Work hours: 36 - 48 hours per week: 6:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST (12-hour rotating night shift: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, and every other weekend)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Experience troubleshooting & repairing production equipment
- A related technical school certification or equivalent training or experience (e.g. manufacturing technology, electrical engineering, etc.)
