Electrician Technician

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to build, wire, assemble, and test industrial electrical control panels and related assemblies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and working from schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical control panels and junction boxes.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install and wire PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Assemble, troubleshoot, and test completed control panels.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components.
• Support quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist with continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience building and wiring industrial control panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills.
• Experience with PLC-based control systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Pay

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour + shift differential (2nd shift).

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
