Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to build, wire, assemble, and test industrial electrical control panels and related assemblies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and working from schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and wire electrical control panels and junction boxes.
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Install and wire PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and test completed control panels.
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components.
- Support quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience building and wiring industrial control panels.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills.
- Experience with PLC-based control systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Pay
Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour + shift differential (2nd shift).
Schedule
- 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
