About the role
This position involves supervising and assigning tasks to subordinates, planning work schedules, and conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Select and assign work to subordinates and instruct on procedures, specifications, priorities, and schedules.
- Plan work schedules, manpower, skill, and material requirements.
- Conduct employee training on a wide range of technical requirements, steps, and processes.
- Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of various electrical systems.
- Recommend and help plan facilities, equipment, and procedural changes to improve safety, reduce costs, and meet new work requirements.
- Inspect work in progress and upon completion to maintain quality assurance, conformance to specifications, efficient work progress, housekeeping, and safe operations.
Requirements
Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
