Electrician - Modular Assembler

About the role

A skilled Modular Electrician to join a fast-paced modular construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Installing electrical wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and devices in modular units
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Performing rough-in and finish electrical work on modular structures
• Ensuring all work complies with NEC, local, and state electrical codes
• Testing electrical systems for proper operation and safety
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues during production
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Meeting production schedules and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of electrical experience, preferably in modular, residential, or commercial work
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or similar certification
• Experience in modular or prefab construction
• Forklift or lift certification
• Experience in factory or production environments
