About the Role

This position is responsible for assisting Project Foreman with on schedule and on budget completion of projects. This creates value for our clients and for our business.

Responsibilities

• Report to Foreman for duty assignment with personal tools on hand
• Complete OSHA 10 within 30 days of employment
• Follow OSHA Regulations (if unsure, ask Foreman)
• Guide Apprentice Electricians in work duties
• Direct Apprentice Electricians when Foreman is unavailable
• Work in a clean work-man-like manner at all times
• Avoid any deficiencies on the work you are performing
• Communicate with Foreman any potential issues you see with completing your scope of work
• Always work safe, you are important to the Team
• Understand decisions and procedures are determined by using Our Core Value System

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of electrical field experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, jobsite safety, and trade practices
• Proficient in working from plans, instructions, and with minimal supervision
