Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (motors, generators, transformers, and controls).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues to keep operations efficient.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Work with other teams to coordinate repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing or an electrical trade school degree
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC’s (examples: EG, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and attention to detail
- Experience with hand held tablets or scanners
- Valid electrical certification (as required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Schedule
Starting Pay: $27.70
Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (6am-6pm for 2 weeks and 6pm-6am for two weeks)
