About the Role
Location: Tulsa, OK | Facility: St. John Medical Center | Department: Facilities
Schedule: Night shift | Full-time | Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Identifies system failures to determine repair needs, installs equipment upgrades, and recommends long-term electrical strategies focused on cost savings.
- Develops and performs preventative maintenance schedules in strict alignment with NFPA, NEC, and TJC codes, while generating monthly performance reports.
- Outlines emergency procedures for power outages, responds to after-hours safety concerns, maintains vehicles and tools, and strictly follows PPE/standard safety precautions.
- Manages energy systems, communicates work order statuses to personnel for regulatory compliance, and travels across multiple facility sites as required.
- Leads and assists with special projects, participates in professional development seminars, and provides direct training and support to lower-level electricians and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years’ related experience with license.
- 5 years’ related experience in lieu of license.
- And must have one or more of the following:
- High School diploma.
- Graduate of trade school.
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
