Responsibilities
- Provide and perform routine predictive and preventative maintenance, repairs and safety inspections of electrical equipment and infrastructure through the mill and property.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Vocational degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A good attendance, work, and safety record.
- Basic understanding of computers and window-based programs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Able to climb stairs and catwalks at elevated levels.
- Able to carry tools, bend, read gauges, and use radio.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical functions, including control switches, electrical panels, power supplies, control power wiring, and functions of the mill.
- Basic knowledge of PLC’s, PLC locations, PLC motor operations and components needed to operate and navigate PLC logic.
- Ability to learn PC skills related to position.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret wiring and circuit diagrams.
Qualifications
- Fixed Schedule – Rotating Weekends with Every Other Weekend Off
- Day Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm Wednesday thru Saturday one week & Sunday, Wednesday thru Friday the next week.

- The hourly pay rate for this position is: $36.78
Schedule
- Fixed Schedule – Rotating Weekends with Every Other Weekend Off
