- Experience in multi residential works, deck works, and block walls
- Experience in small, medium and large Commercial Projects
- Experience in Industrial Projects
- A high level of detail and great organisational skills
- Presents well with good communication skills for colleagues and clients
- Ability to problem solve on the go
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and schedules
- Capability to bring in projects on time and meet deadlines
- Skills to supervise other tradesmen and apprentices
- Ability to follow instructions
