About the role
Maintains plant electrical systems in a refrigerated food manufacturing environment. The shift starts at 9 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Assembles, installs, and maintains plant electrical systems
- Repairs plant electrical equipment as needed
- Manages electrical materials on construction projects
- Achieves efficiency improvement of the electrical system
- Assists in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems
- Manages the integration of Programmable Logic Controllers
Requirements
- 2+ years of Electrician experience is required
- Electrician’s license is required
Working Conditions
- Refrigerated food manufacturing plant
- Environment may be wet or dry with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F
- Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions
- Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling
