Electrician - Full Time

Role Overview: The Excellerate Electrician I is responsible for electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring projects meet specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Layout conduit, lighting, control systems, and feeders based on blueprints.Ensure project accuracy, safety compliance, and cleanliness of work environment.Analyze tasks, anticipate equipment and training needs, and participate in safety activities.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with NEC.Mentor and provide technical support to team members and apprentices.Complete projects on time, within budget, and uphold lean manufacturing principles.Work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED, with completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent experience (8,000 hours).Ability to read blueprints and analyze electrical systems.Strong safety awareness, organizational skills, and teamwork orientation.Willingness to accept increased responsibility and provide mentorship.Physical ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
