Electrician - Full Time

About the Role

As an Excellerate Electrician I, you will perform electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit and lighting systems
• Analyze blueprints to ensure project accuracy
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety audits
• Support lean manufacturing principles
• Maintain workspaces and manage materials
• Install motor feeders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience mentoring apprentices and providing technical assistance
• Knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, and safety standards

Work Environment
