Electrician Foreman
About the role
Supervise all aspects of electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects. Coordinate and schedule all work with the project management team, GC, and owner/client. Establish a job schedule, ensure all document control measures are adhered to, ensure the job has all material, tools, and manpower needed to complete on time and within budget. Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks.
Technical Areas of Interest
- OCS – Overhead CNICET 2 or higher
- BICSI Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience
- OCS – Overhead Catenary Specialist Experience
Requirements
- 7 years of Electrical experience required
- Completion of Apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory
- Current Electrical License
Pay
Hourly wage: $61.26 – $65.45

Physical Demands
Active, hands-on role requiring frequent standing on uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. Physically demanding with full range of motion including bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Requires effective communication and visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. Includes desk time with prolonged sitting for computer work, document review, and meetings.
Work Environment
Significant time on active construction sites with exposure to all weather conditions, moderate to loud noise, elevated or confined spaces, moving mechanical equipment, and fast-paced project environments. Also includes time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. Safety policies and procedures, and all applicable laws, must be followed at all locations.

Requires significant commitment including flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines. Occasional off-hours responsiveness required for time-sensitive matters or emergencies.
