Click here Agency Contact Information: Berna Garcia, (575) 894-4234, Email For information on Statutory Requirements for this position, click the Classification Description link on the job advertisement. Bargaining Unit Position This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some application instructions: "*APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE OR A RESUME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. IF ATTACHING A RESUME, RESUME MUST INCLUDE DATES OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EACH JOB (MONTH & YEAR) AND DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE/JOB DUTIES*". That's an application instruction; we should remove it. Also "THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ONGOING RECRUITMENT AND MAY CLOSE AT ANY TIME. APPLICANT LISTS MAY BE SCREENED MORE THAN ONCE. THIS POSTING MAY BE USED TO FILL MULTIPLE POSITIONS." Might be considered boilerplate? It's about posting details; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But it's more administrative. The instruction says remove application instructions. The ongoing recruitment statement maybe not essential; but it's not application instruction per se. However it's still meta about posting. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the lines about ongoing recruitment, may close any time, applicant lists may be screened more than once, may be used to fill multiple positions. Also remove the line about applications submitted without work experience or a resume will not be considered, and resume must include dates etc. Also remove "Do you know what Total Compensation is? Click here" maybe not needed. Also "Agency Contact Information: Berna Garcia, (575) 894-4234, Email" maybe contact info is not required? It's not boilerplate but maybe we can keep as part of About? Usually contact info is not needed. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; contact info maybe substantive? It's not about the job itself. Might be considered metadata; but not explicitly prohibited. However we can drop it as not essential. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include location, salary, etc in a short paragraph. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay info: salary range. Schedule: The posting mentions working hours may include weekends, holidays, overtime, callback hours, on-call, nights, etc. Also "Occasional travel for training & meetings and driving a State of NM owned motor vehicle may be required; some lifting; extended hours to meet deadlines will be required. Working hours may include on-call, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and callback hours. On call during inclement weather." So we have schedule info. Benefits: Not explicitly stated. There's mention of total compensation link but not details. No explicit benefits like health insurance, retirement, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit Benefits. Skills: Could be derived from Ideal Candidate and Minimum Qualification: Licensed or certified electrician, experience with generators, switchboards, transfer switches, pump systems, knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, CMS/NFPA compliance, reliable, punctual, able to work independently, detail oriented. Also ability to read/write/speak English, defensive driving certificate, valid NM driver's license, HIPAA training, confidentiality agreement. Those could be skills/requirements. We'll need to decide where to put them. Requirements could be minimum qualifications (education/experience). Qualifications could be licensure/certification. Skills could be abilities. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
