Responsibilities

• Work in commercial, residential, and property management environments
• Assist in estimating projects
• Supervise other electricians
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
• Use hand tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters
• Install and maintain low voltage systems
• Comply with National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Keep accurate and detailed records
• Participate in safety meetings and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience
• Professional license preferred (company will assist in obtaining)
• Background and drug screen required
• Positive attitude
• Professional appearance
• Electrical experience, including working with schematics
• Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
• Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Certified in basic code compliant wiring, circuits, and lighting
• Experience with site and LED lighting
• Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employees
• Ability to maintain a neat personal appearance and vehicle
• Ability to lead by example
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Ability to perform work safely and conscientiously
• Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
