Electrician Brewery - Ft Worth

About the role

As an Electrician in Fort Worth, TX, you will be part of the Maintenance team in the Brewing Department. You will operate and maintain equipment, work with PLCs, VFDs, motor control installation and troubleshooting, and handle power up to 480 volts. You will also support the technical growth of operators and report to the maintenance team leader, initially on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform set‑up, adjustment, timing, troubleshooting, replacement and programming of electrical equipment using ladder logic, electrical prints and/or schematics.
• Dismantle, inspect and rebuild electrical assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
• Perform predictive and corrective maintenance during planned maintenance windows and unplanned downtime events throughout the shift.
• Complete root cause analysis and breakdown elimination activities for all failures and implement corrective actions to prevent similar failures.
• Provide technical support to management, engineers, and contractors/project teams as needed.

Requirements

• At least four years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a team‑based, high‑speed manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, installing devices, and terminating connections based on diagrams.
• Experience with Wonderware, Modicon, and Allen‑Bradley devices.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing VFDs and electric motors.

Pay

$5,000 sign‑on bonus; starting pay $43.74 per hour.

Schedule

Initially assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift; must be available to work nights and weekends.
