Electrician

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Electricians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service calls, maintenance needs, and renovation projects, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues (wiring, outlets, breakers, panels, lighting, etc.)
• Install and upgrade electrical systems and components
• Perform service calls for tenant-occupied and vacant properties
• Support renovation and make-ready projects
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates

Requirements

• A valid electrician license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work
• Must have your own tools and equipment
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems independently
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
