Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations and service for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunge systems.
- Diagnose electrical issues and create accurate proposals for service and installations.
- Ensure all work meets safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics per the manufacturers' diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Drive to customer homes and job sites as required (company vehicle provided).
- Participate in ongoing training and safety programs.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Electrician License (Required).
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
- Master electrician license is required.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Strong math skills and the ability to generate accurate proposals.
- Clear, professional communication and strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong time management skills.

Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday.
- Overtime as needed based on project timelines and customer needs.
Work Location
Based out of Madison, WI with travel to local customer homes and job sites. Must be comfortable with daily travel within the regional service area (company vehicle provided).
