About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Electrician to join our team in a dynamic construction site and industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machine repair and a strong working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) wiring.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various industrial machines and heavy equipment.
• Install, wire, and troubleshoot PLC systems, control panels, relays, sensors, and motor controls.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and install three-phase power systems, transformers, and switchgear in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Perform routine maintenance checks on industrial equipment to minimize downtime and prevent hazards.
• Strictly adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations, utilizing proper PPE and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing, plant, or heavy construction environment.
• Proven experience in industrial machine troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical repair.
• Solid understanding of PLC wiring, input/output (I/O) wiring, and control logic.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work in a demanding construction site environment, lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Valid state electrical license or relevant certifications are a strong plus.
