About the Role
This position involves performing industrial maintenance tasks within a manufacturing environment, supporting the development and implementation of new systems, and promoting maintenance and reliability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Complete work assigned by supervisors, including troubleshooting, repairs, and parts identification
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance systems
- Document work details accurately on work orders, including descriptions, symptoms, and job feedback
- Participate in safety training, housekeeping, and team meetings
- Help communicate maintenance initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 18+ years old
- Minimum two years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills (English written and verbal)
- Compliance with local codes and regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: Associate degree in Electronic Engineering or extensive experience with PLCs and control systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting limit switches, photo eyes, proximity switches, and reading ladder diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components, and set up drives
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
