Electrician
About the role
Hampton Lumber is seeking skilled Electrical Technicians to join our team. This position involves executing the commissioning, start-up, and continued reliability of a highly focused maintenance prevention program.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Diagnose Electrical/PLC issues and execute timely effective repairs.
- Collaborate with operations and all team members to improve equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks to Hampton’s maintenance standards.
- Work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed for operations, commissioning, training, or start-up.
