Department: Electrical / Field Operations — Fully On-Site in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Run conduit, pull and terminate wire, and install panels, switchgear, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic testing as needed
- Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local jurisdiction requirements
- Coordinate with foremen and project managers to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Communicate progress and any field issues to site leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Working knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specs
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel/gear installation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and own hand tools
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred
Nice-to-Haves
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Experience on industrial or data center projects
- Prior experience with a commercial electrical contractor
