Department: Electrical / Field Operations — Fully On-Site in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Run conduit, pull and terminate wire, and install panels, switchgear, and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic testing as needed
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local jurisdiction requirements
  • Coordinate with foremen and project managers to meet project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
  • Communicate progress and any field issues to site leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
  • Working knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specs
  • Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel/gear installation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable transportation and own hand tools
  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred

Nice-to-Haves

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • Experience on industrial or data center projects
  • Prior experience with a commercial electrical contractor
