About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings. Must possess a valid electrician’s license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Install new electrical systems as needed
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical equipment
Requirements
- Valid electrician’s license
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical theory and wiring methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
