About the role
The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing emergency power systems, electrical systems, UPS systems, and various electrical equipment, fixtures, tools, and appliances at a secure data center campus.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Assist team leads with project execution
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Respond to and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
- On-site work at a secure data center campus
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repair
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret work schedules, technical instructions, and engineering drawings
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience with electrical systems including single and three-phase, signal, control, low-voltage, and UPS systems
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures
