About the Role

We’re hiring for two full-time leadership opportunities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Assistant Electrical Supervisor and Electrical Supervisor. These positions are ideal for experienced industrial electrical professionals with strong troubleshooting, controls, and PLC experience. Whether you're ready to take the next step into leadership or already have supervisory experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead electrical maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, motor control, VFD, PLC, and automation issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Help prioritize maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Support the development and improvement of preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
  • Coach and develop technicians to strengthen their electrical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support production goals.
  • Balance hands-on electrical troubleshooting with team leadership and coordination.

Requirements

  • Strong industrial electrical, controls, or maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and automation equipment.
  • Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
  • Leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience appropriate to the level of the position.
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support electrical maintenance technicians.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties.

Qualifications

For the Electrical Supervisor position, preference will be given to candidates with 7+ years of industrial electrical/controls experience and 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. For the Assistant Electrical Supervisor position, we welcome experienced industrial electrical professionals who have demonstrated leadership ability and are ready to take the next step in their career.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk throughout a manufacturing facility daily.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the production floor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support production and maintenance activities.

Pay

$28.00–$43.00/hour, depending on experience and position.

Schedule

2nd Shift (4 day work week).
