Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage project teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain management
  • Ensure project quality and adherence to specifications
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project risks
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Pay
