About the role
This paid, hands-on training opportunity is designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, automation, and advanced manufacturing technology. Trainees work alongside skilled maintenance professionals while gaining real-world experience in a modern production environment.
Responsibilities
Trainees assist skilled maintenance personnel in the service, repair, installation, operation, and modification of equipment throughout our advanced manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
- Lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Use vision to identify defects, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude
- Use a personal computer
Preferred Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a maintenance, electrical, or technical training program
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with mechanical or electrical repair work
- Bilingual skills are a plus
