Electrical Test, Quality, & Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical tests and inspections per UL, NEC, IEEE, and NETA standards on products like UL 891 Switchboards, UL 1008 Transfer Switches, and ANSI Switchgear.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Prioritize safety during all activities.
• Manage and maintain test equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Provide customer support for product startup, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical testing and inspection.
• Knowledge of UL, NEC, IEEE, and NETA standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with test equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support when necessary.
