Responsibilities

  • Build critical projects such as data centers, water and wastewater treatment facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, and other advanced technology projects.
  • Partner with municipal and private clients as a trusted construction partner.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to identify solutions for construction's most complex problems.
  • Deliver projects from preconstruction to prefabrication, and through project completion.
  • Make labels for construction projects nationwide.
  • Develop solutions for industrial contractors through virtual design & construction and fabrication.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in mission-critical construction best practices.
  • Experience in diverse sectors including data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and advanced technology projects.
  • Ability to work on a national scale.
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technology for construction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction.
  • Professional certifications in construction management are preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
