About the role

Responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance battery systems for various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new battery technologies
  • Conduct research on battery chemistry and materials science
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery solutions into products
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in battery development or related field
  • Strong understanding of battery chemistry and materials science
  • Experience with battery testing and validation processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes
  • Experience with battery simulation software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficiency in MATLAB or similar programming languages
  • Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
