Responsibilities
- Design and develop new battery technologies
- Conduct research on battery chemistry and materials science
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery solutions into products
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in battery development or related field
- Strong understanding of battery chemistry and materials science
- Experience with battery testing and validation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes
- Experience with battery simulation software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB or similar programming languages
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
