Electrical Terminator

TEi Construction Services is seeking experienced Electrical Terminators to support industrial construction and maintenance projects nationwide. This position is responsible for terminating, testing, troubleshooting, and connecting power, control, and instrumentation cables while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Essential Responsibilities Terminate low voltage power cables (up to 600V)Install and terminate control, instrumentation, and communication cablesInstall cable glands, lugs, connectors, and termination kitsConnect electrical equipment including motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, and lighting systemsRead and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematicsPerform continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, and circuit verificationTroubleshoot and resolve wiring and termination issuesFollow all safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies Requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experienceExperience terminating power, control, and instrumentation cablesAbility to read and interpret electrical prints and schematicsWorking knowledge of electrical testing equipment and proceduresAbility to travel and work overtime as project demands require Preferred Qualifications NCCER Electrical certificationJourneyman Electrician credential or equivalent experienceOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationExperience in power generation, manufacturing, pulp and paper, refinery, or other industrial environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work in industrial environmentsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions
