Cx Agent II - Electrical

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate functional testing of multi-stack equipment and multi-redundant system configurations within a trade.
• Review criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning.
• Develop and administer pre-functional checklists.
• Create and update daily Commissioning progress reports.
• Conduct field inspections to determine existing conditions and to coordinate new work then assists Senior Engineer in preparation of due diligence, feasibility, gap analysis and other technical reports and drawings.
• Understand FMCx standards and can successfully utilize Facility Grid.
• Works required overtime and travels as necessary to ensure projects are fully supported.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or required years of experience, including commissioning of large distribution systems for industrial, datacenter, pharmaceutical processes, or laboratory type facilities.
• A minimum of 18 months years field experience in hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of large Electrical systems.
• Possesses basic understanding of proper system selection.
• Exhibits basic understanding of the practical application of LEED principals to building designs.
• Exhibits thorough understanding of applicable codes.
• Experience with ASHRAE, BCxA, and/or PECI Cx and RETRO-Cx procedures and protocols, a plus.
• EIT/FE required.
