Job Details
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical systems and controls to quickly resolve equipment downtime and restore production
- Support maintenance and operations teams with technical expertise on recurring system, process, and equipment issues
- Analyze equipment and process data to identify failure trends and implement long-term reliability improvements
- Auxiliary in planning and executing maintenance work, outages, and repair projects
- Lead small capital and maintenance-related projects from planning through execution
- Serve as a technical resource to frontline maintenance teams, providing guidance and training as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts tied to safety, quality, and equipment performance
- Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Respond to urgent production issues during off-hours and provide ongoing shift support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience working with electrical systems and controls in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment in a live plant setting
- Strong understanding of maintenance practices and equipment reliability
- Nice to have: Experience working with programmable logic controllers, drives, and industrial instrumentation; Background in failure analysis and structured problem solving methods; Exposure to continuous improvement environments such as lean manufacturing; Experience with combustion systems or process heating equipment; Ability to work in a team-based, production-driven environment

Schedule + Environment
- 12-hour overnight shift with initial training on days
