Job Details

  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical systems and controls to quickly resolve equipment downtime and restore production
  • Support maintenance and operations teams with technical expertise on recurring system, process, and equipment issues
  • Analyze equipment and process data to identify failure trends and implement long-term reliability improvements
  • Auxiliary in planning and executing maintenance work, outages, and repair projects
  • Lead small capital and maintenance-related projects from planning through execution
  • Serve as a technical resource to frontline maintenance teams, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Support continuous improvement efforts tied to safety, quality, and equipment performance
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Respond to urgent production issues during off-hours and provide ongoing shift support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience working with electrical systems and controls in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment in a live plant setting
  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices and equipment reliability
  • Nice to have: Experience working with programmable logic controllers, drives, and industrial instrumentation; Background in failure analysis and structured problem solving methods; Exposure to continuous improvement environments such as lean manufacturing; Experience with combustion systems or process heating equipment; Ability to work in a team-based, production-driven environment

Schedule + Environment

  • 12-hour overnight shift with initial training on days
