About the role

We're Pioneer Valley Environmental, based in Ware, MA, and we're hiring a skilled Electrical Tech who knows their code, can communicate with customers, and isn't afraid of a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and homeowners
• Ensure clean, safe, and code-compliant work
• Represent PVE with pride on every job

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Journeyman license preferred (or actively working toward it)
• Solid understanding of NEC and safe work practices
• Great with panels, service upgrades, generators, and troubleshooting
• Can work independently and still be a team player

Pay

Up to $120,000 per year depending on experience
