Benefits 10 paid holidays per year2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start dateAccess to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and visionEligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annuallyReimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basisYearly bonus based on company performance Job Description/Typical Task Breakdown Validate and verify Microgrid Power Control Systems (MPCS) and electrical control systems.Develop and execute system-level test plans, validation procedures, and performance analyses.Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and software validation testing.Support new product introduction (NPI) activities for power and control systems.Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.Utilize tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, and CANape for testing and analysis.Ensure system functionality, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.Document test results, findings, and recommendations for continuous product improvement. Duties & Responsibilities Perform system validation, verification, and testing of MPCS and control systems.Develop, execute, and document test plans, procedures, and test results.Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and software validation activities.Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, software, and electrical engineering.Analyze test data and provide recommendations for product improvements.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product development efforts.Utilize MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, and CANape tools for testing and analysis.Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.Prepare technical reports, validation documentation, and engineering updates. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.2+ years of experience in controls, validation, or systems engineering.Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and product development.Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, HIL testing, and CAN tools preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
