Electrical Systems Supervisor
The Opportunity
The role involves supporting the electrical infrastructure and energy management systems that keep TJX stores operating efficiently and reliably. It requires managing vendor relationships, driving continuous improvement, and providing technical expertise.
What You'll Do
Lead Operations & Team Support - Provide training, coaching, and functional guidance; delegate work based on priorities and operational needs; support team development and process improvement.
Manage Vendors & Energy Services Programs - Oversee vendor workflows; manage contractor and vendor performance; coordinate emergency response efforts.
Drive Technical Excellence - Act as escalation point for complex issues; provide technical support; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead Projects & Continuous Improvement - Develop technical specifications; manage project budgets and timelines; partner with stakeholders and contractors to enhance systems.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on electrical and building controls repair; 3+ years of leadership experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Skills: Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, building controls, communication systems; project management experience; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; knowledge of retail operations; experience with lighting technologies and energy-efficient systems.
Qualifications: Passion for service and process improvements; ability to influence cross-functional teams; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to provide occasional after-hours support.

Pay & Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in Marlborough, MA. Starting salary range is $85,600.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
