We are a growing division of a large multinational renewable energy company seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction and installation on a utility-scale renewable energy project in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This role begins with an onboarding period at our Houston, Texas office before relocating to the project site.
Schedule
Field rotation schedule based at the Alamogordo, NM project site following onboarding in Houston, TX. Per diem is provided during on-site rotations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation.
- Coordinate closely with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Track progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Handle daily and weekly production reporting.
- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
- Support commissioning and punch-list close-out activities as the project moves toward completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, New Mexico following onboarding in Houston, Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utility-scale solar or battery energy storage system (BESS) construction.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Pay
$130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus a per diem of $120 per day during site rotations. A company truck is provided for work-related use once on site.
