Electrical Superintendent - Owner's Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site electrical construction activities, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Supervise electrical subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per contract documents
- Cook up daily work plans, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and installation methods
- Collaborate with project managers, mechanical superintendents, and other trades
- Conduct inspections, resolve field issues, and support commissioning activities
- Enforce safety policies and participate in site safety meetings
- Provide regular progress updates and field reports
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, including supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data centers, power infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
- Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and turnover processes
