Electrical Superintendent - Heavy Industrial - Michels Power, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
• Assist General Foreman in scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment for efficiency and minimizing travel time.

Requirements

• Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations
• Industrial Experience, Gas Generation, Power Generation
• Electrical / Industrial Direct Field Experience
• Ability to lead large field crews
• Strong scheduling and manpower planning skills
• A strong safety leadership mindset
• Ability to update progress reports and forecast manpower
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skill set
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
