Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors.
- Assist General Foreman in scheduling work, crews, tools, and equipment for efficiency.
- Minimize travel time to improve project timelines.
Requirements
- Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations
- Industrial Experience, Gas Generation, Power Generation
- Electrical /Industrial Direct Field Experience
- Ability to Lead Large Field Crews
- Strong Scheduling & Manpower Planning Skills
- A strong Safety Leadership mindset
- Ability to update progress reports & forecast manpower
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Communication Skill Set
- Travel is a Requirement
- Experience working with the IBEW Union Halls & Referral Systems
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
