Electrical Superintendent (Data Centers)

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical Superintendent to support our data center project in Baton Rouge, LA.

The Superintendent thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running smoothly. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are in place to get the job done. Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel to execute construction tasks.
• Oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred, or relevant experience.
• 4+ years of construction site experience.
• Experience with auxiliary systems, including:
  • Fire Alarm
  • Access Controls
  • CCTV
  • Security Electronics
• Background with prior industrial site experience.
• Prior experience managing contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on data center projects.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $102,700.00 to $141,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
