Electrical Superintendent (Data Centers)

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical Superintendent to support our data center project in Corpus Christi, TX. The Superintendent thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running smoothly. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are available to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you’ll leverage your people management skills to help team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel to execute construction tasks.
• Prioritize and enforce safety, health, and environmental standards on-site.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of construction site experience.
• 9+ years of experience with auxiliary systems, including:
  • Fire Alarm
  • Access Controls
  • CCTV
  • Security Electronics
• Background with prior industrial site experience.
• Prior experience managing contractors.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $111,100.00 to $152,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
